Smoothie time

Hello my friends!

Here is the recipe for one of my favourite smoothies.

1 banana
1 cup of milk ( here I used Soy vanila milk), you can use your fav one. 🙂
1 tbsp of nut butter
2 dates
Frozen bluberries
1 tbsp of cinnamon

I love smoothies! You can combined all healthy, nutritious and fav ingredients in one! I enjoy smoothie between the meals if I am hungry.
