With the spring it’s also time to enjoy picnic and some delicious but healthy food.
I am a huge fan of smoothies, there is nothing easier, healthier and faster than a smoothie! Also there are SO MANY combinations and you can always adjust them to your preferable flavours.
My current favourite is energy booster!
INGREDIENTS
1 orange
1 banana
Cup of soy vanilla milk
2-3 almonds
espresso shot as an option 🙂
Mix everything together in a blender or smoothie maker and you are ready to kick off the day! 🙂
Also you can have it as a snack between meals or on side with some light meal, like I had it here with tuna salad.
