Holiday season is ON!
This time of the year is just magical! Holiday lights, Christmas songs, warm drinks, cozy blankets, loved ones… Magic all around!
I have decided to create a hashtag #Anjaholidays which will be dedicated to all inspirational Christmas/New Year posts throughout December.
So let’s open the season with delicious recipe! I was inspired by beautiful @omitrova and recreated her recipe with a little change.
* Pear 3 pcs
* 300g flour
* 70g dark chocolate
* 2 eggs
* 150g brown sugar
* 150 butter
Chop all the almonds,add a pinch of salt. Use a little bit of butter to fry them few minutes, until gold.
Leave it to cool down.
In meantime prepare in a bowl flour where you’ll add small chopped cubes of butter. Use your hands to combine butter and flour together until crumbs are created.
Add sugar and almonds., mix it. Add eggs one by one and always make sure that they are combined well with the mixture.
Peel pears and chop them on a really small pieces – smaller the better! Also chop dark chocolate.
Add pears and chocolate to a mixture and stir well. Put the dough into the foil and leave in refregirator for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven on 180C. Bake first for 20min. and on 160C 20min. more. 🙂
Sprinkle some powder sugar for more Holiday spirit!
