Healthy treat – energy balls

Hello my friends!

This recipe was created by seeing two really ripe bananas standing in my kitchen (almost black 😆).

I remember that once I have tried something similar by putting different ingredients, anyhow it is all optional. You need two main ingredients which are really ripe bananas and oats.

This can be all, but of course it is more interesting and tastful if you add something extra.

For these quick and healthy treat beside bananas and oats I have added:

1 spoon of peanut butter  🥜

dark chocolate chips 🍫


splash of rom extract

First step is to mash bananas. When they are nice and smooth add oats and all your preferable ingredients(or the once above) 😊

Mix everything together and get dirty! 😀 With your hands create small balls and put them on baking tray/paper. Oven should be preheated on 200 C and small energy balls are ready to go inside the oven for about 10-15 minutes(depending on how strong your oven is)
