Healthy Choco-raspberry muffins

Hello my friends!

I haven’t posted any recipe in a while and now I am back with this delicious healthy muffins! 🙂
Preparation is really easy – all ingredients in one bowl + they are ready in 20 minutes.
Before you start mixing the ingredients, preheat your oven to 200C so it is nice and warm when these babies are coming in. 🙂

Ingredients

Oatmeal flour ( or you can use your oatmeal flakes)
Cocoa powder
Baking soda
1 egg
Coconut oil
Vanilla extract
Lactosefree milk
Frozen raspberries

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl until you get a smooth & creamy liquid consistency.

Prepare a muffin tray with a little bit of coconut oil just to prevent from sticking.
Fill the muffin tray with this beautiful mixture and bake them for 20 minutes on 200C.

I have used slices of banana as a decoration on top. That is all optional. 🙂
After 20 minutes they should look like this:

Prepare your favourite coffee and enjoy the taste!
