When we are talking about positive vibes the great tool which can help you with it is amazing The five-minute journal.
I heard about this magic journal thanks to power of social media. I’ve been following on instagram Mimi and her husband Alex Ikonn, already more than 2 years and both of them have a really clear true values and life style to admire.
Finally, a week ago I received one copy of life changer for myself. 🙂 I was super happy!
Five-minute journal is a simple way to help you be more present, grateful and happy with your life and everything in just 5 minutes per day! On a really gentle way provokes you to think and be more focused on the good things. For example we all have some bad days at school, work, etc… but even during the worst day there is always something positive you can find like: you enjoyed your cup of coffee/tea, you have a healthy body, you have an amazing friends, you saw beautiful dress, you watched your favourite tv show and a lot more details and simple things which are actually the key of a true happiness.
Five-minute journal it is divided in two sections, one is for morning and one for night routine. Both of them have simple questions and the focus is to start and end your day on a positive note.
After a week of constantly doing the journal I can say that I am more aware of good things on a daily basis, more grateful for amazing people that I have in my life and more present while enjoying the moments, especially with my love.
Another plus here is that it has an amazing design and as you can see it’s soooo photogenic. 🙂
