Today I will share with you part of my morning routine – oatmeal bowl. Almost every morning I choose oatmeal for breakfast, of course with different toppings.
Here you have open hands to add whatever you like and as much as you wish!
Here are the ingredients that I used:
Half a cup of oats
1 banana
Walnuts
Blueberries
Coconut flakes
Raisins
Honey
Nut butter
How to do it ? – Really simple, but extremely delicious!
Pour oats with the hot water and add all your favourite ingredients! That’s it – so fast but very healthy.This a great option if you are in a hurry in the morning but still you cannot leave the house without having a breakfast. It is always a better option to make it at home instead of eating something quick and unhealthy outside.
This oatmeal bowl will take you only 5 minutes to prepare it and you will be full for the next 3 hours. 🙂
