I love to make these little corn bread in a muffin tray, but you can also bake them in a standard casserole. 🙂
This time I have used spelt flour instead of organic white and it was even more squashy so you can also try combinations of healthier versions of flour. So you need to prepare one cute bowl in which you will put all the ingredients and stir them with a spoon. So easy!
Preheat the oven to 200C and bake them on a baking paper in a standard casserole or put a bit of oil into the muffin molds and bake them for about 20min.
Before putting into the oven sprinkle sesame seeds on the top.
