Banana bread recipe

Hello my friends!

I decided to share this recipe together with the video, so the preparation it will be much easier for you. 🙂

I love banana bread! It is delicious, ready in 30 minutes and still healthy!
Usually, on weekends I am baking so my love and I can enjoy warm and tasty breakfast.

Here are the ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking soda
1/2 cup melted butter (125g)
2 eggs-beaten
2 or 3 mashed overripe bananas

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200C.
In a large bowl, combine flour + baking soda.
In a separate bowl mix together melted butter, eggs, and mashed bananas until well blended.
Stir banana mixture into flour mixture.
Mix everything well.
Optional: You can add cocoa into the mixture if you want to make chocolate banana bread.
Believe me, it tastes soooo good!!!
Bake in preheated oven for 20-30 minutes until a toothpick inserted into a center of the loaf comes out clean 🙂 😛
Old but, good trick.

Serve with a different kind of fruit, honey, peanut butter or nut butter. YUM!
