Alicante – travel diary

Hello my friends!

I’ve been traveling from Copenhagen to Alicante in February this year.
My boyfriend and I found a really good offer and decided to go and explore a cost line of Spain. It is a 3-hour trip direct flight.
Alicante is located in the region called Costa Blanka. We didn’t expect that much from the city, but when we came it was really breathtaking😍 Airport is really close to the city center and it took us only 15-20min drive. The temperature in February was amazing +20.
We were located in the city center which was great, but I can tell you that wherever your accommodation will be you will be max. 20 min walk to the central beach! Really good connections.
You can see a lot in Alicante, but the main attractions which I would recommend are:
*Santa Barbara Castle

*Valor chocolateriachurreria the best churros ever because of the perfectly handmade dark chocolate!

* Alicante harbor
* Miss Sushi – amazing interior (so girly!) everything is in pink with Hello Kitty logo, but the sushi was delicious!
*Plaza del Toro
*Playa de San Huan

You should definitely explore the wide area of the city and other cities. We rent a car and drive to Benidorm which is one of the most popular and luxurious Spanish destinations and of course, from the picture you can see why also Valencia and Madrid. There are no words to describe the beauty of  Spain( maybe because it is my favourite country 🙂 ) but hope the pictures will say more and give you the feeling of this amazing city![metaslider id=495]
Enjoy your coffee! ☕️
